Construction of Efficiency-Balanced Design Using Factorial Design

Abstract

Two different methods have been proposed for the construction of Efficiency balanced design. Method-1 discuss the construction of efficiency balanced design by deleting the control treatment and method-2 discuss the construction of efficiency balanced design by deleting the control treatment as well as all the main effect treatment combinations of a 2n symmetrical factorial experiment. As an illustration numerical examples have been given.
